Building a Cultural Bridge & Digital Trust for UCAM's Launch in India

UCAM, a renowned institution from Spain, set out to establish its presence in India’s dynamic higher education sector. The task, however, went beyond expansion. It required translating decades-old European academic legacy into a narrative that felt culturally resonant, emotionally relevant, and trustworthy to the discerning Indian student and parent.
Scope of Work
Freshbox Media was tasked with building UCAM India’s official website from scratch, one that would not only resonate with the Indian audience culturally but also position UCAM as a credible, relevant, and forward-thinking educational choice. Our focus included web design, content strategy, and lead optimisation.
Solution
We designed and developed UCAM’s India-facing website from the ground up, reshaping their Spanish identity to speak the language of Indian students visually, culturally, and emotionally. Instead of simply repurposing global content, we adapted it to reflect local aspirations, adding context where needed and simplifying where it mattered. To ensure clarity at every step, each course was given its distinct narrative, crafted not just to inform, but to clarify. With strategically placed CTAs, minimal-click enquiry journeys, and mobile-first performance, the website was built to turn curiosity into high-quality leads.
