Who We’re Looking For
What You’ll Do
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Guide and mentor a team of designers and visualizers to deliver high-quality creative output.
- Oversee storyboards, mock-ups, and visual presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into strong, effective visual directions.
- Review and refine creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, clearly explaining the creative rationale.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and industry best practices.
- Drive brainstorming sessions and push the team to think creatively and strategically.
- Ensure consistency in visual communication across all client touchpoints.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative/advertising agency, with at least some experience in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaigns and visual storytelling across mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to align creativity with marketing objectives.
- Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to defend and explain creative ideas.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a creative team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage.
