Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can blend strategy with execution. If you’re passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building engaging online communities — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Handle day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and community management
- Plan and execute paid campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and internal teams for campaign execution
- Identify and work with influencers to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies relevant
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and campaign tracking
