Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a talented Visualizer with a Fine Arts or Applied Arts background to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content across various mediums. Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and client servicing teams, you’ll transform brand stories into engaging visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
What You’ll Do
  • Conceptualize and develop creative visual ideas for campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Create storyboards, mock-ups, and visual presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into innovative visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that push boundaries.
  • Ensure consistency in visual communication across all client touchpoints.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Visualizer, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale.
  • Strong collaboration abilities and openness to feedback in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is an added advantage.
