Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a talented Backend/PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our digital marketing platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and peak performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll implement backend solutions that support a wide variety of client projects.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend components of digital marketing platforms using PHP and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable and robust backend architecture to support high-traffic websites and applications.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance platform functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint execution as part of an Agile development team.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer or PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and related frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or React is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing or advertising platforms is a plus.
